Meet Dr. Matt Lucero
With a passion for delivering exceptional care to young smiles, Dr. Matt Lucero stands as a seasoned and dedicated pediatric dentist. His commitment to fostering healthy and beautiful smiles for children has made him a respected figure in the field, with a proven track record of success and thousands of happy patients.
Dr. Lucero's journey in dentistry began at Nova Southeastern University, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his career. Following dental school, he pursued a path of advanced learning, completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Audie Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. After finding his passion for working with young patients, he went on to complete his pediatric residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Lucero's expertise extends beyond clinical practice. As a trailblazer in esthetic pediatric dentistry, he has not only transformed smiles but also elevated the art of pediatric restorative dentistry. His commitment to advancing the field has led him to become a lecturer for NuSmile, a leading manufacturer and innovator of pediatric restorative products. Through his engagements with NuSmile, he shares his insights and knowledge with fellow professionals, contributing to the ongoing growth and enhancement of pediatric dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lucero finds joy in exploring the natural beauty of the Colorado alongside his wife Sarah. An avid enthusiast of skiing and hiking, he embraces the outdoor splendor that Colorado has to offer.
Important information before your child's procedure
1 / All Patients Must Come In With an Empty Stomach
General anesthesia is very safe but an empty stomach is a very important part of that safety. Please do not allow your child to eat or drink anything after dinner the night before treatment.
2 / Please Inform Us of Any Medical Conditions
Another important part of safety is informing us of any medical conditions or medications that your child takes.
3 / Please Arrive at Your Scheduled Time
Due to the nature of our practice and how we treat our patients it is important that we have the adequate time needed to provide the best treatment possible. If you will are late we may need to reschedule your child.
